Once your order is complete, it’s instantly sent to our shipping department to begin picking your items and getting them shipped to you as soon as possible. If the order is not shipped yet, we can do our best to remove items or cancel your order. Otherwise you will have to follow the returns process.

Helenemoda.com offers on-line purchasing for end consumers and cannot take orders over the phone or via email.

You can save time when you order by creating an account and save your address details and store credit cards details securely. That can be done as you checkout by selecting New Customer or Sign Up on the mobile site.

You can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in, so having an account is not compulsory.  Placing orders as Guest requires you to manually enter your address and payment information and those will not be saved for future reference.

As soon as your order is complete, your order number will be displayed on the screen and an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please ensure you’ve checked for this email (including in your SPAM folder) before contacting us.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through the website. You can also pay with PayPal or Afterpay.
We do not accept cash, Cash on Delivery, cheques, and we do not perform direct debit.

If you use your credit card, shopping at helenemoda.com is safe as we use the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information so only you and helenemoda.com can see it. No one else can have access of your credit card information you have stored or input for payment.
If you use PayPal as a payment option it is also safe for online transactions.

On helenemoda.com all transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (10%) for Australian domestic customers.
If you are an overseas customer, the transactions will be in Australian Dollars (AUD), the GST (10%) will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.
International card holders may have conversion fees applied to payments by their bank.

If you have a promo code you can get free item or discount offer. You can only use one promo code per order. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. The promo code must be entered before completing your order. Here are the steps:
1.    Enter your promo code in the bottom of your cart in the Discount Codes field and press Apply
2.    If your order meets the terms of the offer the discount or free item will appear and be part of the order total.
3.    Continue through the checkout as any other order

Helenemoda electronic Gift Cards are available to purchase on the website. Helenemoda Gift Cards can be used for payment for goods and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system.  As a free service to customers, they do not include GST and are not subject to any discount.  
Electronic Gift cards are instantly sent to the recipient email as soon as your order has been placed. If any issue, please contact our Customer service, after checking your SPAM folder.
To use a gift card just proceed to the cart of the checkout. You will be able to enter your gift certificate details and apply to your order.

Helenemoda is committed to customer satisfaction. If a product received does not meet your expectation in term of size or style, you can return it to us within 30 days. The product must be returned in the same condition it has been received, unworn, with the same tags attached and in the initial polybag.
Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached and in the initial polybag. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense and will not be refunded.

If you receive an incorrect item by our error, we will arrange return shipment at our expense and send the right one or refund. If you receive a damaged item, replacement parts or item will be shipped at no cost to you.  

If you wish to return a product to us, you need to organise the return delivery and you are responsible for the handling charges. Any item returned must be in its original condition, as described in RETURNS POLICY and returned with a completed RETURN FORM you can find here, print and fill.

Helenemoda does not take any responsibility and will not been held liable for returns lost in transit. We strongly suggest insured registered post for any return.
Once we receive the returned product and check the product condition, we will make a refund to you equal to the amount paid for the goods less postage. In case you got free postage during your order we will deduct our actual postage cost and refund the price of the product less the postage cost. Refunds can only be processed to the payment method used at time of purchase.
If you wish to exchange the product, you need to return the one you do not want and order another one from helenemoda website.

If you do not accept delivery of your order, return and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. 

After receiving your order, and ensuring all items are in stock, the dispatch should be done within 1-2 business days. If any item is out of stock we will inform you by email.


Helenemoda online orders for delivery within Australia are normally dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle. Helenemoda reserves the right to use any other carrier or shipping provider.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $60 within Australia, except wholesale or bulk.
Free shipping orders are sent by Australia Parcel Post or Sendle.

– EXPRESS DELIVERY, with Australia Express Post. (NO SIGNATURE). Orders before 2 pm in Metro areas should be received the next business day. This service takes 2-3 business days to most other areas.
* $15.00 for orders less than 3 kg.
* If your order is between 3 to 5 kg, we will contact you to confirm the rate. Over 5 kg is considered as bulk order.
– STANDARD DELIVERY, with Australian Parcel Post or Sendle. (NO SIGNATURE). Regular Shipping orders placed before 2:00pm should be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural locations.

Standard and Express Deliveries are a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Australia Post and Sendle will track that the parcel has been delivered at that stage. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Helenemoda takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
The shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping costs based on the option of Standard or Express delivery.

Helenemoda online orders for delivery outside Australia are normally dispatched via Australia Post, by registered post, DHL or Sendle. You can select your destination country at the check out.
At this stage there is no Free shipping option for overseas orders. 
* $15 for orders less than 500 grams for shipments to any country. If your order is more than 500 grs, we will contact you to confirm the rate. 

The average shipping time is between 3 to 10 business days and may be longer according to the destination country.

Helenemoda is not responsible for customs delays, charges, duties, VAT or taxes that the customer may have to pay in the destination country. It is the customer responsibility to check before ordering to Helenemoda.
Any order returned to us due to unpaid taxes will be refund after deduction of the shipping cost. We will not refund any order if the destination country custom is holding or disposing the parcel or asking for duties or tax.
